Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a senior software engineer who combines strong technical depth with product-minded thinking and a pragmatic approach to software development. You’ll help modernize our platform, build scalable solutions, and deliver meaningful business and customer outcomes.

We value engineers who can move quickly, leverage AI-assisted development tools effectively, and maintain high standards for system design, code quality, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable applications using PHP, Python, and React

  • Contribute to platform modernization and system architecture evolution

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using SOLID and DRY principles

  • Participate in system design, technical planning, and code reviews

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions

  • Improve quality through automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization

  • Rapidly prototype solutions using AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Claude Skills, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms

  • Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, scalability, and maintainability

  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a collaborative, low-ego engineering culture


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or web applications

  • Strong experience with PHP, Python, and React

  • Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, DRY practices, and system design

  • Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable distributed systems

  • Experience with relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

  • Product-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping and development

  • workflows

  • Strong engineering judgment and ability to balance speed, quality, and maintainability

  • Experience modernizing monolithic applications

  • Experience with AWS, docker/kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architectures

  • Familiarity with event-driven systems and observability practices

  • Experience in logistics, compliance-heavy SaaS, or operationally critical platforms

  • Experience mentoring engineers and helping establish engineering standards
