Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven, consultative Inside Sales Representative to grow Veroot's client base across the logistics and supply chain sector. In this fully remote role, you will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through product demonstration, close, and account expansion. You'll engage a diverse range of buyers including compliance managers, VP-level logistics leaders, and C-suite decision makers at mid-market companies.
Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business among shippers, forwarders, importers, and logistics service providers

Run consultative discovery calls to understand prospects' compliance gaps and certification goals (C-TPAT, TSA)

Deliver compelling product demos and professional services presentations via Zoom or Loom

Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract

Grow and retain an existing book of accounts through upselling and expansion revenue

Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)

Collaborate with our compliance and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

Feed market and competitive insights back to leadership to sharpen our go-to-market approach
Qualifications
Required
• 2–5 years of inside sales experience in SaaS, software, or professional services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle closing role
• Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Polished remote presentation skills via Zoom or Loom
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals across varying buyer titles and decision levels
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, or transportation industries is a strong plus
• Familiarity with government compliance programs such as C-TPAT, TSA, or similar regulatory
frameworks
• Background selling into mid-market accounts ($20K–$150K ACV)
• Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft)
